ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising customers
- Creating and developing presentations
- Preparation, post-processing and recording of meetings
- Marketing and advertising activities
- Scheduling and arrangement of business trips
- Storage and digitisation of documents (paperless office)
- Maintaining a customer relationship management system
- Office work’s arrangement
Our requirements:
- Successfully completed trade professional education with a degree in office management or with a similar qualification
- Work experience is welcome
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with CRM system
- Fluent Russian and English is welcome
- Strong personal initiative, good communication and teamwork skills
